Binance's CEO called it FUD and denied that they blocked all Palestinian accounts, but he stated some ~insignifiant~ number of accounts blocked due to 'illicit' activity.
By other hand, leaked documents show that over 600 clients (mostly Palestinian; also Syrians, Lebanese, Turks) have been restricted (and I think it's important to mention that some of them are not residenting in the Palestine):

Ironically, it seems like Binance support is asking Palestinians to contact IDF about the investigation:
