- My holding company is in Cyprus and Cyprus bank refuse to give out loans to non-resident UBOs
- To get mortgage for real estate at personal level, most banks require 2-3 years of tax filing statements and other documents. Which means I have to declare higher personal income, increasing my taxes and thereby negating by any potential profits I'd make from the spread
