Best UAE assistance for Visa, property purchase, and company formation?

I am considering the possibility of establishing a presence in the UAE, possibly with investor visa or company formation. However, I will need much assistance with this as I'm not familiar with the process of their bureaucracy or property purchase procedure. Are there any recommended services here where they will hold your hand throughout the entire process from A-Z?

I was gonna ask the same thing, they have good reviews. But maybe the reviews are fake.
