What's a legal entity that can be used to run online gambling activities without breaking the law?

I'm a resident of Canada and I will not use my Canadian company to run this business,
I heard the UK is a possible option but the Director name are PUBLIC.

Is there any country that does not share on Google your own name as the director of the company that
also allows online Gambling business activities?

Hi,

First of all, gambling is subject to licensing. There are many different structuring options for gambling businesses, but I would separate them into (i) fully licensed businesses and (ii) non-licensed businesses that operate on various legal opinions that say that a license is not required.

Legal opinions use loopholes in national laws, they are either related to territorial approach (“as long as it does not happen in the country it is not gambling”) or they claim that a particular business model does not fall into the gambling definition (like SGG, mystery boxes, etc.).

The majority of such options are issued from Cyprus, but in order to operate properly usually two companies are required. If properly structured, it allows open merchant accounts and EMI accounts.

Another group is fully licensed casinos. Probably the most popular structure in the world is the Curacao license plus Cypriot subsidiary for payment processing.

During the last two years, Curacao has undergone some legal changes but in fact, it is still the number one structure.

Other licenses like Maltese, Isle of Man, and Gibraltar are more expensive and in the long run, much more difficult to operate.

Anjouan license is probably the easiest to obtain, however, since Anjouan is not a country, but an autonomous region validity of the license is questionable. It is very hard to set up banking for it.

If you want it in Transnistria, let me know. In another thread, we are about to organise a business there in order to get residency. We may be able to combine.
