360deg. view to the sea and mountains from top of your private hill accessible by your private road, no direct neighbors and vehicles to hear, fresh wind, no (less) mosquitos, zero no-see-ums, plenty of space for my DIY projects and toys, up to 20 minutes to the nice beach(es) and town, happy wife -> happy life... simple life
