Let's say you are a EU citizen who never lived in Spain before and runs an online business remotely from home.
Does the Beckham law apply in such scenario to minimise your personal income tax to zero percent, or is it only valid for people who move to Spain who are actually hired/working for a company that is not theirs?

e.g: online business registered in the UAE or Puertorico --> Getting paid a Salary and Dividends while living full time in Spain and operating the company from there

I can't find any specific information on this on any forum or any sources online.

Alright, thanks for the info, I guess I'll pass.

Damn, there is nothing left in Europe, tax benefits related for small and medium entrepreneurs.
There is, you just need to look at the right places and not listen too much to what every one and joe is posting.

Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro and at some extend BVI (not Europe) are still good places .

Hahahahahahaha!
Hahaha!
Of course! Spain! One of the most tax-agressive socialist countries in Europe will let you move there and run your business from Spain at 0% tax! Hahahahaha!
Thanks for the laugh.

The Beckham Law means you don't pay tax on FOREIGN income. Income that you earn FROM SPAIN is not FOREIGN income.
What this means is if you can get a job in Spain, then you don't pay tax if you for example get some dividends from your stock-market investments.
Everything you do in Spain ABSOLUTELY will be taxed.

Set your business elsewhere and also your residency... and "travel" when you want.
It's really the only way to stay free.
I ran the numbers a while ago on the beckham regime.
IIRC tax ended up at something like 35% when playing with the salary. It wasn't that bad.
Then you find out that you must add wealth tax and other stupid small taxes here and there.
Then you hear about the spanish tax agency: their employee get bonuses based on how much money they grab from you...
Then you think... it's ok, if I get back something as services?
Then you see that "interesting areas" are run by commies... and it's enough for you to hear them talk a few minutes to change your mind...

Don't give those commies a single cent or you'll end up trapped.

How will this country benefit him from living there?
As I mentioned in a few other posts already, you need to learn to know what it is exactly fits to your personal situation, what is posted in threads are opinions of others which you can compare with a brick in a puzzle.

It's always advisable to have your company in a different country where you live and don't just read without doing proper research please.

You can find an wealth of information on OCT which can help anyone in this world to achieve total freedom if what is read is put into action, supply with a mentor group gold membership and you can get something that fits the bill for your personal needs.

Don't you have a Swiss setup? With companies and residency in Switzerland?
It is one of many setups, don't think I relay on a single company structure... I planned it all carefully throughout the years and long before I set this all up.

How did you find the providers you're working with? Feel free to reply in DM.
