I’ve been with Bankera for 2-3 years. Personal and business accounts.

Over the past 2-3 months, SEPA payments that I’ve originated into my personal account there have consistently needed chasing to get credited. Likewise transfers between personal<>business accounts WITHIN Bankera have needed chasing. While I’d expect intra-Bankera transfers to occur immediately, I allow 1-2 business days - because…. but when raising any of these issues with their support I’m told to ‘be patient’.

Anyone experiencing anything similar?

Few years ago when I decided to use their services, their software had such nasty login page bugs that I felt unsafe using their account. Entering correct login details resulted in endless redirects and browser was throwing an error. Support instantly blamed everything but their software, stating that the problem was in my browser. They didn't want to hear that I got the same problem with all of my devices that have different operating system and using different internet connections.

The problem got resolved a few weeks after but the amount of nerves it took... Since then I dropped an account with them because I dont want to be locked out anytime and be blamed for it :D

Perhaps your issue is also related to their software. Or maybe just account got flagged and now every single transaction goes through microscope.
