Hello everyone,

I've been using Bancoli.com for a few months now.

The website seems quite dubious. It's unclear what authorizations they have.
The parent company is Arative Technologies LLC, owned by Romeo Juhasz.

I've found very few reviews online, and on Trustpilot, some users claim they had their money stolen.

They rely on third-party banks (Citibank, etc.).

Is anyone else using it?
Could you kindly share your experience and let me know if you consider it a reliable service?

Thank you all!

Licensed bank in Puerto Rico. They make money by holding the USD pretty much only in short-term T-Bills, which is a better business model than most EMIs/comparable institutions can use.

Has been good and reliable when I used it.

The Trustpilot reviews are strange and you cannot really rely on Trustpilot in the first place. Two users that gave it 1 star are angry that their account wasn't opened, and 2 others are Bulgarian accounts (that also left 1-star reviews for like 10 other EMIs saying the same thing, take a look) saying their money was stolen.

I do not think it's the world's best institution but also not one that would steal from you.

Yes, Trustpilot reviews are not very reliable. Where did you read that it is a licensed bank in Puerto Rico?

When you used it, did you ever have any issues with transactions or customer support?

Thanks.

At the moment, the OCIF bank list is not working, so I can't point you there. But you can check the bank's site as well: https://olibank.com/

I did not experience any issues except 1 transaction that got stuck (but hard to tell if that was really their fault, and it did get to the beneficiary after some time); I spoke to the COO a few times and that was also fine.

It could be that it was blocked by the partner bank they rely on.

I don't think it's possible to make money disappear through tracked bank transfers, right?

Ok, thanks for your feedback.
