Thinking of forming a Cyprus Ltd with purpose of developing software with remote freelancers. I will provide freelancers their contracts but the problem is:
how do I protect all intellectual property that is being developed by the company if the local director is nominee?
Additional question: if I want to transfer that IP to another company in the future, would I have to pay any tax?
