Commercial consortium operating through an Irish private limited company, registered and based in Cork, Ireland.

Operating as a commercial collective network, this consortium functions as an interconnected network of independent trading entities that refer and exchange services. Members generate referral commissions through their services, with a percentage representing the collective's turnover. This business model is particularly appealing to participants in the "Gig Economy."

Current members are located in Ireland, the Isle of Man, the UK, and other EU countries, with participation limited only by commercial reputation and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

The consortium offers a diverse range of services, including web design, credit referencing, wealth management, company formations, business administration, payroll services, payment systems, contract management, and marketing services. Notably, lead generation services significantly contribute to the network's growth.

We are continually seeking to expand our network with new referrers. Individuals engaged in short- or medium-term contracting projects are likely to have developed extensive networks of contacts. These contacts are valuable to the consortium and can significantly aid its growth and service promotion. Many individuals fail to leverage their contact base for referrals, missing out on a potential revenue stream.

The consortium offers a generous referral commission structure to its partners. However, as a business-to-business (B2B) operation, it engages only with other limited companies and not directly with individuals. To maximize the benefits of these transactions, it is advisable to ensure the chosen jurisdiction for corporate registration is suitable. Engaging a reputable corporate services provider (CSP) is recommended, and we can provide referrals to several CSPs if needed.

Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer. Prior to engagement, several steps must be completed, including due diligence and AML checks, to ensure compliance with international regulations.

Why does this sound like a red flag to me. How do I know this consortium won't sell my information if I join it?
"No Sale of Data" clauses in all employment contracts, B2B referral and commission, fee sharing agreements, etc. It's not in the consortium or its members (which essentially are the consortium) to sell members information. And it's not remotely what the purpose of the consortium and collective network is.

Hi,

Could you DM me? I think we could cooperate.

Thank you

That's not convincing. There are billion dollar compnies that sell user data because it is very profitable to do so. You can do all the above and still sell my information.
