Appostila for Seyshelles company

Hi

So i feel a bit ripped off. I paid a company for Seyshelles company formation and bank account. But after selveral of months of emails back and forth they informed me that the bank they work with (Cyprus) no longer accepts Seyshelles companies so they could not open account for me. I then asked for a refund but this was refused. So i start doing som research and have found a couple of banks that will work with me but i need Certificate of incorporation and incumbency appostila stamped. I contact the agent again to get these documents but now they want 700 euros for the appostila stamped documents !

Do i have any other options to get these documents ?

You can register the company to another agent. It's not difficult. What documents did you require from them? What documents do the banks require?

Certificate of Incumbency official, or Certificate of Incumbency and Certificate of incorporation i believe.

I need apostellid, but i think its experience an im wondering if its possible to do it in another way ?
