Anyone knows about Netpay ?

I came across their website

They look very professional and useful for at least medium risk business. Does anyone know them and know what type of business they are accepting + rates and fees?

Not sure if it's the same company - there's netpay.co.uk (which seems to be a clover company) and netpay.com - which seems to have a UK phone number and a UAE registration.
There don't seem to be reviews for netpay.com
