i tested entropay but i'm disappointed i don't know how they ignore it . they have an entire page which talk about visa secure code and security layers .

basically i need virtual card that i can top-up with debit .... i appreciate if read my post then decide to help.

any legitimate provider will do but not site as payeer..etc
