There are only 2 processors I know that are trusted and that's the 3rd and the last payment processors from your list, the others I wouldn't touch.

Payment support is not a payment processor but only an affiliate site that make a few $$ on promoting different payment processors.

The others are already part of the large resource database in mentor group gold which has even better processors for high risk.
