Hi, just curious, if one has a revocable trust, in case of foreign judgment (lawsuit / sanctions, etc.), can he just convert it to irrevocable to protect the assets?
Point of revocable I guess would be to have more flexibility until it's no longer needed.
This is for trusts in Nevis, Cook Islands, Belize, etc.
