I’m not a ”pro” in offshore services (I’m more in the software world) but I found that <<snippet>> some years ago and I think he is just a fancy blogger, he is always triying to sell his book and most of the content is just common sense or useless in the real world.

You will get a lot better information in this forum (Just my opinion)
