For vertification for Paypal for Belize, the number must start with 501.

You need to check mate, don't have practice experience with Belize. only used them for other jurisdictions so in general they are trustful.

Okay, if you say so then Belize should be a good choice. I don't know about this provider, had the pleasure once for not that long time ago and stopped the process due to all the documents and information they requested.
