You can keep the account for sure but they will cancel your card. Tested both with personal UAE residence account and and Dubai company. Both had a Visa card in USD in the past but since Q4 2020 they lost the card and even before they had issues with delivery if I remind myself correct they had only a timeframe of 3 months the international card worked well without delivery stops - changes in fees or changes in limits.Before I shoot out to them, I wanted to get some feedback here as may be other have done the same.
NOT, now only EU, Turkey and Israel, perhaps at a later date, with the card named WorldThey will not cancel your account but issue a new card if they are able to do so for Panama, I believe they can.
