AdvCash as Dukascopy Card replacement: Does it work in Paraguay?

Dear all,
I am resident in Paraguay and have a Dukascopy multicurrency account, which runs without a card as already discussed in other posts.
Recently, AdvCash accepted me as a client and offers a UnionPay Card, which they let ship to Paraguay.
Question:
Does anybody know if these UnionPay Cards work in Paraguay? I could not find their logo on an ATM (at any bank) or card reader in a shop.
None of my friends uses such a card, so I have nobody local here where I can get advice.

It is my intention to transfer funds from Dukascopy to AdvCash, top-up their card, and then spend in Paraguay.

Generally they work in places which have a sizable Chinese tourist or other commerce activities going on. So it is very probable they do not work in the backyard of USA.
