ADGM (Abu Dhabi Global Market)

Dear Members,

I am considering establishing a holding company within the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and am interested in transferring my business shares there.

I would greatly appreciate hearing from anyone who has firsthand experience with ADGM, particularly regarding the setup process and the operational environment, banking, financing, bond listing.

I have no clue about the ADGM can you enlighten me why you want to do that and what do you expect from it ?
