One of the most numerous Asian marketplaces known for replica products that target the western customers, shopee, which is in the US numerous counterfeit market list is processing transactions via Stripe and gets away with it without any issues.
How possibly they do that?

For how long have they been using Stripe for their business? How do you know they get away with it without problems?

I believe they play the hit and hide game. Everytime they get shut down they have a new setup ready to proceed with their business.

Well it seems like Shopee is a marketplace with independent sellers. So they must be using Stripe Connect. Each seller verifies trough Stripe Connect. So if Stripe suspends a seller for selling counterfeit products it doesn't effect Shopee(the platform) itself, but only the seller. So the sellers Stripe account will be suspended(not the platforms).
