I want to exchange 32200 EUR to BTC via SWAP in Trezor - ChangeHero want to charge me 700 EUR in exchange fees

Same if I want to do in ETH 1inch charge 650 EUR !!

What to do, can it be done cheaper?

I don't suggest using instant exchange websites with this amount, they will likely try to scam you by random AML request. But you can compare exchangers here:

It shows around 250 USD fee for 35000 USDT swap.

They claim no-KYC in any case, I've a positive experience but DYOR anyways.

oh my.. just bridge to avax chain and buy btc.b from 1inch then bridge to btc from avax bridge. Btc.b price is 100 150 usd below from market price at max

I always do the same never use the SWAP function in Ledger, Trezor or Exodus, they charge a lot which you can do for a fraction with a little more work by doing it like you said, send the money to kraken or binance, do the exchange there and get the coins back to your wallet.

Use bridge platform on internet. And just compare the fee between each of them.

About big amount, and AML. They're right.

But personally I already did multiples 20k+ never had any problem.

Anyway just swap 5k per 5k. You will lose 1h but at least you're safU
