If you fail to declare yourself as the UBO, you are breaching the AML regulations, which can result in fines and other penalties.

WISE accounts now show total account values in Georgian lari for companies and persons resident in Georgia, even though you cannot hold lari in a WISE account. Clearly this suggests they are getting ready to report account balances at least (sooner or later) to the identified country of residency in that countries currency.
