What do you think guys, what is the best to manage EMIs & merchant accounts with no bans + total anonimity. VPN or VPS? Please answer by explaining why.

Hi, To get this forum started then I want to be the first one to ask for offshore hosting for my new business. Where would you recommend to get hosted, company and url would be greatly appreciated. Requirements are: MySql DB Cpanel or Plesk min 50 GB disk space 1 GB Ram Shared or VPS...
