seychelles company for bitcoin gambling

I want to know if you guys tested the possibility to setup a Seychelles IBC and get a bank account with AlSalam Bank in the Seychelles? This setup I found in OffshoreCorpTalk as suggestion to other user. Does it work and if, why not many have suggested this already.
