Hello,
I am looking for a bank EMI for my US LCC company that is crypto friendly. More precisely, I need to transfer funds via ACH/WireTransfer to my Kraken account.

What is your experience with the EMIs below in crypto transactions?

- Relay
- Trynovel
- Levro

I know Mercury is crypto-friendly, but it's working fine for me and I don't want to risk flagging it with some crypto-related red flag.

Any other suggestions?

Yes, the only one I know is that payoneer has a partnership with bitso.
So it is possible to move funds from payoneer to bito, but the fees are high.

I tried to open an account with bitso and they ask for thousands of documents, including the balance sheet signed by an accountant (which I don't have)

Verifo works for an LLC in Delaware?
I think so, depending on activities of course. I asked them if one could open an account for a US LLC as a non resident with EU citizenship and they responded:

"Please be informed that the US companies with [EU country] UBO are acceptable, but before providing confirmation we need additional information on company’s activities."

what's a good setup nowadays?
Depends on what you want for me Verifio is great they do ask a bunch of questions and tons of docs but once I provided those is all good.

They will still ask for large transfers but if you can provide an invoice or some sort of proof is good.

This is because they have the regulator breading down their neck.

And this is pretty much the same with everyone especially if they allow crypto.

For non-crypto there are better ones than verifio

I'm not sure how people have crypto issues with mercury... I offramp to mercury from kraken constantly ( 95% of income of the company is in crypto). Never had a single issue.

We'll see how it goes with the banking partner changes, but at the moment all is well.

What kind of company setup do you have? And what residency?

What did you tell mercury - what kind of business you do? And was this setup done before crypto went mainstream?

US LLC for non resident (EU resident)

Setup have been done 3.5 years. I told them I was doing software business. Which is a side activity of what I'm doing.

At the time it was the main activity as the other one was not generating income. And I also had no crypto payments for that business.
