Hey, curious to know what are the biggest challenges you are facing in managing your business to see if we can all help each other.

When I mean challenges I refer to everything since tax optimisation, scalling a business, payment processing, etc

Hoping this can be a post where anyone can learn and give to everyone.

Tip: If it helps, you can start by saying the industry you are in and the challenge (or challenges) you are facing

Sounds interesting. I am in the happiness industry and my biggest challenge is getting rid of everything. I need to own nothing like John Locke to find my inner peace.

And who are you? Information industry?

Isn’t achieving a significant amount of achievements a big part of happiness?

I guess we are all in the information industry in some part - I’m in the digital marketing/entrepreneurship space.

The biggest challenge I have in my business is something as simple as getting enough customers. I make a good living from my business, but there isn’t really any revenue growth.

Additionally, I lack a solid structure for my company setup, which so far only consists of a Cyprus and UK company.
