I’m looking for a reliable nominee director based in the USA for a Money Services Business (MSB) company. Preferably someone with experience in finance or compliance.

Any recommendations?

Why not just hire someone? Put up an ad, interview people, and hire a good candidate?

What you describe doesn't sound like a nominee director. It sounds like a normal director.

You're right, I mentioned "preferably" because experience in finance or compliance is a nice bonus but not a must.

You want to appoint a nominee for such position? there follows lot's of liability with this position, not a job for a nominee I think?

It will be formatted new MSB, on which we do permanently have requests. Nominee will get % of the revenue once its sold to the new owner.
