    2 passports & traveling

To protect your privacy, you can enter and exit on totally different passports...99% of countries don't make a problem with this, as long as your passports are legit obviously. I've been doing this for years, all around Europe, US, Canada, Asia, etc. The only place it doesn't "work" is the...

    Residency in Montenegro

The residency process is same for property ownership or company ownership...The police will come knock on your door, if you are not at the address, they will cancel residency permit...They monitor this very closely. It is very strict unfortunately...I even own property there, can get a residency...

    IBM Bank Montenegro Bankruptcy

Montenegro is much nicer than Bulgaria...Just in terms of the country, and the people are more "western" than eastern Bulgaria...Smaller country and calmer though, so depends if you are looking for that or not (Sofia is much bigger and more active, for younger people).

    Lombard Loan?

This was common practice, but I guess 12-24 months ago....Now it seems like even secured loans under 5% in USD are not possible.... However, you can find under 2% secured loans right now in the market, look at them in CHF or in JPY. Recently got offered 1.6% for 12 months, in CHF, but yes...

    Lombard Loan?

Ok yah, too high interest rates.....I'll have to stick to more traditional collateral it seems.

    Lombard Loan?

Not your keys....I get it, but I'd feel comfortable doing so to a reputable and well regulated Swiss bank. The question is....Why would the rate be higher? If I will be doing a low LTV like 25%, the type of collateral (crypto or stock) I think becomes less important.... This company? No thank...

    Lombard Loan?

What about any private banks that would provide a lombard loan with straight BTC as collateral? Would that be possible from a swiss bank for example?

    Lombard Loan?

I was looking at Switzerland, and the rates in CHF are lowest (12 months 1.6%), however for CHF only....For USD 12 months it's 5% in Switzerland. I mean, I could take the CHF, take on the market movement risk, but I would prefer a low interest rate on USD directly because that is what my...

    Lombard Loan?

Amount is not a huge problem, if 7 figures was needed, the portfolio could be expanded to get such a loan. If it was 7 figures, any specific jurisdictions or banks you would recommend @JohnnyDoe ?

    Lombard Loan?

Hey guys, does anyone here have experience with lombard loans? Namely, I am looking for a lombard (or secured) loan with specific terms. I have a $500,000 USD securities portfolio, all blue chip, diversified NYSE securities that I can pledge as collateral. The broker is currently a major US...

Question offshore company for investing in crypto/stock market

Nevis might be a better option for you; 1) IBC can be registered for ~$1000/year, no taxes, owner of IBC can be different company 2) Cayman is much more expensive, and Seychelles has bad reputation 3) Bank account will be hard for any Caribbean company, but not impossible

Debit card with no ATM/FX fees?

    1) I have looked into using Revolut/Wise, but the withdrawal limits are too low, like 200-300 euro monthly, or additional fees past 1 free withdrawal monthly which is not enough. 2) Yes that is right, FX fee is NOT 0% but as long as Mastercard or Visa is during the currency conversion and NOT...
