It's not to hide tax, its to legally (or at least the most) to reduce them. And the only issue here, appears to be the management of the company - something that is still if you have a company in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Malta, etc.

Sure - thank you and sorry for this :) Just not have the unlimited time . As I said, we think either manager from US (CPA told us if its a part-time freelancer manager - e.g. works 1-2 hours per day then it doesn't create ECI. Other solution is a manager from EU or last solution a member-managed.

Yes but they claim that profit distribution from offshore companies as well as from trusts , are taxed like dividends . I think LLCs distributions are based on this.

As far as I know , Germany , Italy and UK treats the income as dividends as there are official statements online . For Greece nothing , even on the official tax website , even for any past law court decision.
