They have scammed many people in the same way. We also processed with them for 3 or 4 months a year or so ago and then they locked our accounts and we never received the last months trading, which was also a lot of money. The have stolen money from many people.

Thats probably all lies. An easy way for a scammer to lay low and avoid heat - create gossip that you are dead. He is probably on a the beach enjoying life and sipping Margaritas laughing at us.

No matter what, you still have to file a company Federal Tax return every year. And your account will advise what needs to be paid.

If your Wyoming registered company is selling product or services in the US, it is subject to Federal taxes on its profits on products and or services sold in the US. You personally, may not be liable for US federal taxes, but your Wyoming company will be.
