I am using Wise card with Ads and its working fine, but I am located in EU and Google does not accept bank account here, only card. I am just saying it could work with EMIs.

Exchange BTC to cash in person, usually it can be done for 5-7% for those figure, use hodlhodl.com and google. Alternatively you can buy multiple gold bars (check moro.si) and then exchange that for cash. Of course dont forget to declare this and pay taxes :)

Actually that private individual option might be better, but I dont have experince with nominees. I dont say you cannot use EMIs with nominees but it could be harder to register. If they refuse your application, they wont tell you any reason, so you have no idea what you should change..

I cannot recommend a solution but I have a few tips, some of my own experience: - generally speaking it is not a good idea to use an EMI as a regular bank account, do not keep your income there (maybe on multiple providers) - its not easy to find reliable payment processors for a Seychelles IBC...

Sounds valid, I have checked the TW card and it shows "debit" for type and "personal" for level. I was curious so also checked ePayments its "debit" and "prepaid", Payoneer is "debit" and "prepaid reloadable".

I made a top-up today, still working. As far as I know, card payments are free so you just have to pay for the CZK conversion.

I have loaded a few hundred EUR to Google Ads with TW card, so its definitely working.
