I've looked into it, but I cannot find anything related to forging or producing processing history.

A minimum of $2,000 USD for the UK Stripe account, but it's considered unstable, going up to $4,700 for more stable accounts. I won’t have a chargeback percentage over 1%. I just need a way to build some processing history so that any payment processor can accept me.
