Well, that was not my case. They never blocked my account or any of my meager transactions (less than €2 each). They just never re-verified my account. I was in level 3 and been downgraded to level 2 of verification so the account is really limited (I think €1000 per year)

I don't have any crypto business nor anything related. It's just a personal account. I guess they are requiring my wallet addresses because during the KYC process I stated I might use the account to deposit <€5000 per year coming from crypto exchanges.

No, it was absolutely impossible. Despite I sent them European and domesting bank statements of my accounts, tax returns, etc they were insatiable. They kept requesting more and more documents (contracts, licenses, investments certificates, details about crypto wallets, etc, etc) and I won't do...

In my case I never received anything from third-party accounts. Just less than €10 from my personal account in Wise to test how fast it worked. That's all the activity in the account and they started spending my tons of requests about my income, assets, accounts, crypto wallets, etc. Totally insane.

I left the KYC process (and the account) abandoned. Few days later, they kept requesting me to continue with it but then they stopped. I think they will keep the account only with a level 2 verification status which only allows €1000 per year turnout. Anyway, I'm not planning to use it anymore...
