Hi All, anyone has experience on setting up a company in Saudi As a foreigner? IT sector. I read that this is possible, just a local director is required, the parters can be all foreigners. is this true? anything else to consider? Thanks a lot Mike

One thing is not clear to me, for Opt-ins, it was mentioned here some weeks ago that Quenta was sending out letters to customers to start the process, is it true/still going on? I have received nothing so far. tks

For us it was very easy, you probably have an agency that helps you? we just told them and they did everything, just the usual papers to sign, and a steep fee (2k USD if I remember correctly)
