But for how long have you been using them ? and yes the trust pilot does not look very good neither, I'm aware of that you can't trust what you read on TrustPilot but still.

As @JohnnyDoe mentioned, it’s probably much more cost-effective to pay in crypto rather than using a bank transfer for the small amounts you’re referring to. Bank transfers seem quite expensive in this case.
