That notice is for the people who got their claims approved but never submitted the wire transfer documents, from 1200 people only 305 have sent it. So you don't have to resend them, the only reason why you haven't recieved your money yet is because you're a resident of one of those 58 countries...

Ukraine is on the list of high risk countries, so is Russia. That's why you got that email.

it sounds like they're trying to f**k people over by not saying what wire transfer information is missing. They should notice the people who have sent incomplete information and what that missing information is.

choice bank should already have all these detail, nobody will be able to find out when they first opened their accounts unless they ask the bank...which doesn't exist anymore. I doubt that the liquidator will give you that kind of information now, they might use this as an excuse not to pay us...

the thing is you can't contact payoneer unless you have an account there, it's like you've never had an account with them.
