I would at any time prefer DARKS compared to Nominees. DARKS and one of costs nominees are ongoing costs. Darks you are limited to EMI providers Nominees to real banks which f**k you over at any chance and have very high fees!

You want something like LeuPay and Worldcore or similar for your offshore company, I have not found any good alternatives to the mentioned but in discussion with some!

Everything is good with them, sometimes a little slow but all in all good service and they deliver!

Why don't you simply setup a company in the UAE with any of the providers suggested here, simple and easy. Looks you have the budget now :)

if you do, you won't regret I have been happy for my setup and that I did it first thing when I found out about it :)
