I can't edit my post, so I will add: I just noticed that Transferwise doesn't offer debit cards and doesn't give you an IBAN, and if I open a bank account here, there is still a high incoming transfer fee. They say that they should soon issue cards in EU, so I will be waiting for that for now...

It's a Lithuanian bank, and I have a lot of very bad experience with Lithuanian services as well as its government, and I don't want anything to do with that country. I lived there for awhile at one point, and I just don't get the system or mentality there, but everybody else seems to be fine...
