    I think it's kind of weird that no one has made something like Skype, or even ICQ, for that matter. Why does everything have to be so damn complicated these days with apps, phone numbers, and tons of personal info? Session is pretty good, but in my opinion, it’s missing a decent UI.

    Based on my research, they have abolished the 7-year rule and introduced a 4+1 rule instead. This means that all foreign income and gains are tax free. Regarding the question asked here, this would apply, you can live in the UK for 4 years as a new arrival without paying taxes.
