1) You mentioned that ON LPs have a public record. Aside from paid search tools, is there a freely accessible resource that is also indexed by the Google search engine?
2) If you change the GP, you must file a new Form 3; at least this is what the law says. From what I understand, you managed to update the GP with online tools? Which one?
