  mnshwarz gave me your name. I am from Cuba and I would like to open an offshore bank account. But it is really, really, really difficult for someone like me. Every mobile bank account platform, for example, at the end says me that my country is not available right now. I was wondering if it is a fact everywhere or I should keep trying.
