    Ciao Ciropollo, che strano che non riesci a scrivermi alla mia email, comunque puoi scrivermi anche qui.
    La questione del numero si pone solo con le banche che inviano OTP (one time password) solo via SMS e non con chiamata (per esempio Bank of America). Con Mercury e Brex è sufficiente un numero +1 anche se fino adesso non mi hanno mai chiamato! ;)

    Question 1: who is going to sign in my company contracts with customers ? I want to avoid to put my name for privacy reasons. Appointing a director (like a friend) for that is the only solution? Do I have to inform US authorities about new company's director ?
    Question 2: Do you use an accountant in US or no need cos all business is performed in Europe?

    You can appoint a director that can be in charge is signing contracts with your customers.
    Till now I have no ETBUS (I mean no real office neither employees in the US) so no need for accounting.

    When you opened bank account with Brex what kind of papers did bank ask you to provide your residence in Europe? Any utility bill like phone contract at home is enough?

    Hi, in fact I opened several ones, including IRS EIN and remotely opened bank accounts. Regarding bank accounts, it depends on your passport and country of residence, so it is a start to understand how to proceed.
