All payments are final no refund is accepted.

By placing an order at OffshoreCorpTalk.com the payment is final, regardless what service you have paid for, that is offered on the forum.

Make sure that you have a clear understanding of what you pay for, before you pay, you are always welcome to contact us for any questions you may have.

I got charged several times for my subscription

From time to time we get contacted with the above headline, and people claim they got charged without their knowledge or they have never authorized it.

Sorry to say so folks, let's make a quick run down how it works if you pay with a credit card for a subscription at OffshoreCorpTalk.com

a) You enter the Account Upgrade page, here it makes it clear already, you SUBSCRIBE to a membership, which means you get charged every month which also is CLEARLY stated just right under the price - OBS!!! Some memberships can be for a shorter period, again, it is shown directly under the price you get charged!

b) You use your card and it requires 3D secure, so you must be aware of this charge, no exception.

c) After the payment is done you get:

 1) Notification from OffshoreCorpTalk.com by e-mail, you got charged for a SUBSCRIPTION and you will get rebilled.

 2) You get another e-mail, this time from the payment processors, it says you got charged X amount for a SUBSCRIPTION and will get rebilled.

 3) You get a PM / DM from inside the forum which again tells you, you got your membership and that you have to cancel your membership if you don't want to get rebilled.

So for thiese reasons we don't offer any refund!
