Looking for co-investor on a real estate deal with 70k margin

I own two vacant lots in the US (4.5 acres in total)

Acquiring an additional lot next to it for 5k (makes the total .68 acres)

I will then sell them as a package to a builder/developer/etc

That said, I’m looking for an investor to cover the 5k acquisition cost of the third lot

The lenders I usually work with have higher minimums so I’m looking at alt resources

Whoever can cover the cost would get back their principal of 5k + 2.5k interest/ROI in a month

Better than having cash sitting stagnant.

If anyone is interested shoot me a message

*Been doing RE for 10 yrs. Can provide references, previous deals, etc

Yes. But maybe we can split it? We all give 1666 if you don't have that much. I feel sorry for @wellington and @TheCryptoAnt, you must have spent too much for your wife's Christmas presents while the one's you got are still sitting in eBay waiting to be sold. Really sorry bro. But we can invest together is you want to be part of it. I always have a good head for @wellington. I know how hard you have to work for 3k for a whole month in the UK.

@wellington I really care about your horrible situation in the UK. I know how bad you are treated. But nobody here would judge your based on you salary. Er all have big respect for you situation, especially now.

But you don't have 5K liquid, or contacts from 'previous deals' that could help you out?
You must be doing something very wrong. Or just trying your luck finding someone to scam here for peanuts.
1. Owning a lot of assets doesn't always = liquid cash. Sometimes it's quite the opposite. Esp when (re)investing heavily, holding, or not wanting to sell off. Maybe you don't know or understand this. Not everything is a crypto pump.

2. Contacts from previous deals have higher minimums (~20k-50k depending) or want to fund the entire deal, vs a short term 5k
(Hence why I'm posting on here. Didn't think I would get so much pushback from a community like this.)

3. I can't process the arrogance of you accusing me of trying to scam someone on here for 5k.

Guys, keep it civil. Your last posts were edited or removed as uncivilised. Have in mind that such a communication style is not welcome here, regardless of who is right and who is wrong and what's the merit.
This is a public informal warning ;)

Also, side note while you're here:

Do I need to upgrade to be able to edit my original post? I made an error by saying 4.5 acres instead of .45, and had to post a separate comment instead of editing

I haven't lived in the UK since the prior-prior decade, haven't stepped foot in the place in nearly a decade.

Absolutely no clue what the salaries/income there is these days, i imagine nuts.

yea you need to upgrade to do this. I guess if you don't have the 5K to finance a deal like you describe it you won't even have the money to upgrade to mentor group! I agree with the reactions you got, this sounds like a way to try to scam people. It is not the 5K alone, but if you are able to fool 10 or 50 people here for 5K each t would make sense to start such a thread.

You can easily get 100 to 150 customers from here with packages ranging from 5K to 10K that have the money and ready to spend it on something useful and not a scam.

Your proposal is simply not looking real!
