Lurking around for a while and decided to post. We are developing a web3 bot to facilate dex transactions on chain. We plan to keep a % on these transactions. No license required since we dont offer any financial services. Team is half eu and half us. We are wondering where to incorporate to get banking and eu access. Vat is problematic since figuring out where the user is impossible. Any ideas?
