You're wasting your energy fighting the banking rules. You can't have an account with them if you don't provide a residency address and TIN a supported country.
It seems normal to me that they want a TIN for the country of the address on the account, why do you expect them to accept a foreign TIN in another country than the one you tell them that you live in?

How about a US address? Do you need to pretend that you operate and live in the US? I couldn't even get a US PayPal opened for my US llc, they said that a SSN is required (I called and talked to them), I'd think it's even harder for a foreign company. But great if it's possible.
