This form clearly say that not only US citizen must file, but also US entities.
Even if It's foreign owned and disregarded entity, the entity was incorporated in the US.
So I assume the form should be submitted?

@JustAnotherNomad Such a great answer!!! I'm really appreciative :)
I'll definitely book an appointment with a local tax expert, but I agree with you that Thailand is pretty flexible with "foreign source" income.
There is even a nice rule regarding this type of income:
"The general rule is that...
I need to register and offshore and I so far I explored the rules of a some jurisdictions like HK, Singapore, Dubai, etc.
Some of them always mention the concept of "Tax residence certificate", but I don't understand how this actually applies and why not all the jurisdiction can provide it...
Thanks @Fulton Abraham Sanchez
The problem with SMLLC is the interpretation of ECI. The IRS will be always free to come back to you and argue that your income is not ECI.... and I don't like interpretation. I prefer jurisdictions where tax rules for foreign income are "clear".
My actual case...
Is there a way to go for "free zone" but get only the company incorporation and local bank account?
I don't need a residence visa and I won't be able to go to Dubai.
Perhaps waiving the residence visa we might cut some cost off?
@JustAnotherNomad Thanks. I will discard the UAE offshores and consider just the "free zone" ones.
I can't consider to stay in the UAE for "6 months", but I can definitely consider EMI banks... unless:
1. The EMI banks that offer UAE account are getting a bad reputation.
2. They don't offer a...
@JustAnotherNomad Thanks for your interest in this.
With regards to the withholding tax issue, here is the google official statement: U.S. tax requirements for YouTube earnings - YouTube Help
Basically I will need to pay withholding taxes only for the US audience and I don't actually care...
Actually, my goal is not to avoid withholding taxes. You only need to pay withholding taxes for the US audience, if you don't have a US account, so it basically means that all the non-US users will pay US withholding taxes starting from July, It's just a new breaking rule of Google AdSense for...
I need to register an offshore that I need to use as an "Upwork agency" where I will work as the "main freelancer".
Assuming that I will receive payments through the agency, can I avoid submitting tax residence and W-8ben?
My goal is to work through upwork anonymously, just using the name of the...
I get consistent and solid revenue from AdSense (Technically AdMob), and I need to register an offshore company to collect this revenue (Yes, I have no other choice. I need to go offhsore).
What is a good jurisdiction considering the nature of income?
I hope I can find a jurisdiction with low...
Will a TransfwerWise bank account (registered with the Address of the SMLLC) trigger the need of filing FBAR?
The bank account is the company bank account, so it's registered under the name of the LLC, but since TW is a digital bank (moreover located in the UK) will this be considered a...
Nope. Although I think all these digital banks will provide for sure a "USD" account, I think I simply need a "HKD" account to receive money.
Normally AdSense sends money in the currency where the business account is registered. Since my business will be in HK, I will register an HK based account.
I am a mobile app developer with a few apps deployed on PlayStore and App Store.
I get income using AdSense as well as offering in-app purchases (to get rid of the ads). I expect an annual income between 20k and 60k USD (hopefully more).
=> Do you think It's a good idea to register an HK...
I have a single member LLC in Delaware and I get income from AdSense and PlayStore, so It's only digital goods and I will never go to the US (I will always work outside the US).
I was able to open a "TransferWise" business account for the company and this is logically a "US" bank account...
